Why mrwhoopy?
Phineas J. Whoopie was the 'man with all
the answers' on the Tennessee Tuxedo cartoon.
Tennessee, the peguin (Don Adams voice) & Chumley, the 'dim-witted walrus'
(Bradley Bolke) would see Mr. Whoopie for help on different schemes or projects. Mr. Whoopie (Larry Storch), and his 3-D BB
(a three dimensional blackboard) would help demonstrate basic scientific principles through the use of instructional film
clips. Of course the boys never paid full attention & always screwed things up.
While I may not have all the answers
I tend to explain things in long-winded detail. ex: I would explain how the high barometric pressure was keeping the cloud
cover away which meant that there was little to keep the warmth of the earth from dissapating into the atmosphere...Instead
of saying its friggin' cold.
I picked-up the name while playing in a band called Neutrino in the 80's.

Some audience participation at the House of Blues. Its so
distracting to have hot women dancing in front of you.

Playing a farewell party on the roof of the Chicago Sun-Times
building before the wrecking ball. We were able to look down on the people on Michigan & Wacker dr who had stopped to listen.
A great night.

Navy Pier One of our favorite places to play. On the lake
always a great crowd, and good margarita's. (Of course only after we have played)
